Fasting and feasting. The time of Lent, the six weeks leading up to Easter, has traditionally been a time set aside for reflection - a reflection on the historical events behind Easter, but also a reflection on the individual's prayer and spiritual life.

This Lent, we invite you into this ancient practice of fasting and feasting. But instead of giving up chocolate, we invite you to replace an attitude that tears down with one that build up.
