Lent Session
Healing Meditation: For Body Mind and Spirit
Sundays, 4:30-5:30 PM in Halfway Room Join Carol Neustadt, Meditation Instructor, as she leads us in an hour of healing meditation. Cost: $10.00 a session (you can join us for all sessions or just a few). First session will meet on 2/21 and then will skip 2/28 and resume on 3/7. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring pillows, blankets, mats, etc. for support and for help in relaxing. Carol Neustadt has been leading individuals and groups in meditation for over 10 years and is a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist. She has been working with the Chaplain at Hospice Atlanta for 2 years providing meditation and relaxation for hospice patients and their families If you have any questions, email connect@opcbrookhaven.org or call the church office: 404.233.5469. |
